What forms of payment do you take?
I take Paypal, Visa and Mastercard. My shopping cart is currently hooked up through my graphic design business, elf design. You haven't been hijacked or anything when you wind up there. I'm getting around to separating everything out here, one step at a time!

How soon will I get my friend?
I ship orders out within about a week (usually faster). The quickness of delivery depends on what shipping method you've chosen and how quick the post office is being these days. Priority mail tends to run about 2-3 days, and first class mail is usually a bit more of a slowpoke. International orders will take longer because, well, you're far away!

How do you ship things?
I ship my packages through the US postal service, with delivery confirmation so I can make sure that you get everything! I also insure all the original paintings. All the rates should be listed through the cart!

Do you ship internationally?
Oh, sure. Again, you can get the shipping rates in the cart.

I got my painting and it's not exactly the same colors as on my monitor. Why?
I photograph and color-correct the pictures here to the best of my abilities, but the web is tricky with color. Also, your monitor settings are probably a bit different than mine, so the colors may be a bit different. I hope the change in the color isn't too great - and if it is, please contact me so we can work it all out.

What about returns?
If you're not happy with your goods, just contact me within 10 days of receipt and we'll work it all out. Shipping costs aren't included in refunds, and any custom orders or personalized product sales are also final.

I have a store/gallery. Are your goods/paintings available?
But, of course. Please contact me to talk about wholesale, ordering, etc.

I have one of your paintings, but don't have room for it any longer. What do I do?
My Small Friend paintings are like my babies — I do ask that if you "adopt" a friend of your own, then please don't ever throw it away. If you're done with its' company, then consider giving it away, or even mailing it back home if you don't want it any more.

Will my information wind up getting shared with anyone else?
Never! I'll keep your top-secret info private, and I only use the information I get from you (both for the newsletter updates and any orders) for my own records.
